SCHOLARS’ GREEN PARK - PHASE 1

Scholars’ Green is an innovative urban park that is a shared space for the City of Mississauga and Sheridan College. It is a park where architecture and landscape, and college and community intersect. The ambition of connectivity and design was realized through an innovative, green addition to Mississauga’s inventory of urban space. STUDIO tla and gh3 worked to create a campus that balances accessibility with animated urban spaces, well-designed streetscapes, and a visually engaging aesthetic. STUDIO tla and gh3 collaborated to develop a superior conceptual design by specifically addressing each developmental component for the project. Our vision for the campus has resulted in an environmentally progressive and sustainable design solution. Ease of maintenance, universal design principles to enhance accessibility, and security and safety have shaped and developed our vision to create an innovative and aesthetically vibrant campus.
