Located at the intersection of Toronto’s entertainment and financial districts is the proposed mixed-use development of 212 King Street West by Dream Office REIT and Humbold Properties. The tower pays homage to the surrounding historic buildings while its contemporary design houses approximately 588 rental housing units with office and retail space for nearly 6,000 workers.
As part of the landscape architecture and urban design strategy, STUDIO tla has re-imagined how King Street will be used which has allowed us to refocus our priorities on pedestrians and public transit; both of which are mutually aligned and the key to a vibrant and successful commercial and entertainment corridor.
