Located within the 1,000-acre Cypress Waters development, the 3300 Olympus project is a multi-phase office campus in Coppell, Texas. The 3300 Olympus project is anchored by a two-acre plaza featuring a variety of highly detailed spaces.
In partnership with developer Billingsley and global design and architecture firm Gensler, STUDIO tla collaborated in the early stages of the project to develop a site master plan focused on using sustainable landscape design strategies, complementing the ‘industrial modern’ design language of the three uniquely designed buildings that will surround the plaza.
