STUDIO tla is the Landscape Architect of Record for the 315/325 Front Street development in downtown Toronto. The project, located on a 4 acre site is bounded by Front Street on the north, Blue Jay Way on the west, Rogers Centre and the sunken rail corridor on the south, and the John Street bridge on the east.  The proposed mixed-use development will connect to the surrounding landmarks through two Class AAA office towers with an integrated winter garden, two multi-unit residential towers, a three-level PATH connected retail podium, and an overbuild park above the railroad corridor.  The targeted LEED Platinum facility is envisioned to include 2.4 to 2.8 million square feet of rentable office space and approximately 120,000 square feet of rentable podium space. The redeveloped Isabella Valancy Crawford Park at the northeast corner of the site will make up about 2.5 acres of continuous open space and are envisioned as a large outdoor amenity area to the development and the community and will include year-round programmable spaces for public activities.
