BRAMROSE SQUARE

Brampton, ON
Client: Starbank Development Group
Size: 8.75 hectares
Completion: In Progress
Bramrose Square is a proposed 15-tower, 8.75-hectare mixed-use development in Brampton, ON, Canada that features a one-acre park, cohesive streetscapes and several POPS. The proposed development–which is aligned with a trend to densify Queen Street in Brampton–will replace a suburban strip mall with numerous towers that will deliver over 6,500 housing units across more than 5.5M square feet of residential space.

At the core of this mixed-use, infill project is public parkland connected via tree lined avenues. A buffer forest, trails, 2,145 bike parking spots and a “green street” concept are also sustainable features of the development. In our role as urban designer and landscape architect, we are collaborating with Starbank Development Group and our architecture colleagues at Turner Fleischer to deliver a high-density, mixed-use community in this rapidly growing city north of Toronto.
